Hire of the Hog Roaster and Gas with the Pig or Lamb
This option is available with a half / whole pig or lamb. All you have to do is give us the time and place. If you require we will prepare score, season and even partly cook the meat prior to delivering it to your door. All you then have to do is continue to cook the meat for another hour or two, and then carve and serve in your own time. We’ll collect the machine the next day.
