Just a short note to thank you for your help last saturday- the pair of you were excellent .More than several people came up to me to ask where you were from and to say how much better the hog roast was than others they have been to. (I’ve only been to a couple of hog roasts so there are obviously parties that are going on that I’m not getting invites to!)

A belated note following the hog roast at Hannah & Ed’s wedding, Saturday 14 July.

It was highly popular – with many people going for a second helping, and many remarked on the good taste. Also, there was very little left at the end of the evening, so we only had a few pieces left for ourselves on the following Sunday & Monday!

So, whilst the weather did not allow us to enjoy sitting outdoors, the day went very well, helped by the good food you and your team provided.
